• All jumpers must have a signed waiver before participating in any of the activities in this park.
  • No waiver means no entrance. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • Jumpers who are 18 and older must fill out their own waiver.
  • Jumpers who are below 18 must have their parent or guardian, over the age of 21, complete the waiver.
  • Waivers can be completed at our Park’s waiver station or online at our website www.zoomparkasia.com
Zoom Park’s responsibility towards its participants is to provide a safe place for you to have fun, to inform you of the risks involved in using the Park as well as to help minimise the risk of harm to you and any children that you are responsible for.
In this regard, the waiver is an important part of this safety safeguard as it makes sure that you understand and agree to abide by our safety rules, which includes following any instructions from our staff, agree to make sure that any children you are responsible for abide by our rules too and understand that you and any children you are responsible for use the park at your own risk.
This is a norm for all trampoline park as unanticipated risks from your usage cannot be eliminated.  In addition, while our employees seek to create a safe environment but they are not infallible as they may not be aware of participant’s health or abilities.  Hence, while we can create the environment for participants, it is the participant responsibility to understand the risks associated with the sports and to be fully aware that they are using the facilities at the Park at their own risk.




  • Consider your health. Do not jump if you are injured, are not feeling well, have health limitations, have any braces or casts on, or are pregnant.
  • Empty your pockets.
  • Remove any belt buckles, studs, protruding objects, sharp objects or anything else attached to your apparel (including keychains and phone buckles).
  • Remove anything in your mouth (i.e. candy etc.).
  • Remove any accessories, such as caps and scarfs.
  • Discard any food and drinks.
  • Ensure you have the Zoom socks on – no shoes or bare feet are permitted.
  • No cameras and phones are allowed on the trampolines.
  • Warm up before jumping to avoid any injuries or strains.


  • Do not sit or lie on the court or the pads. If you are tired and need to rest, you must exit the court.
  • No pushing, tackling, shoving, running, racing or horseplay of any kind.
  • Do not touch or hang on to any of the top pads on the court.
  • No double bouncing.
  • Single flips are permitted but double flips are not.
  • No more than two flips in a row.
  • Do not flip or jump over the pads.
  • Do not land or jump onto the pads.
  • Do not touch any part of the basketball backboard or netting.
  • Do not touch, lean or hang on any of the nets around the facility.
  • Never attempt to land on your head or neck.
  • Always remain in control.
  • Flips and other tricks can be dangerous – please perform at your own risk.
  • You can bounce and flip off the angled walls, but you must land on the first trampoline next to the wall you bounced off of. You must be in control of your body at all times.
  • Do not attempt anything outside of your personal limitations or abilities.
  • Jumpers are separated by size as best as possible. Be aware of those around you and jump with people that are of similar size.
  • Always watch out for other jumpers and give smaller jumpers the right of way
  • Always listen to the court monitors.
  • No children under the age of 3 are allowed on the courts during general admission. They can attend Zoom Kids sessions with their parents.
  • Follow all facility rules, and please keep in mind this is just a listing of some of our general rules. It is not an all-inclusive list, and are subject to change.


  • Each team begins with an even number of balls and players on each side
  • Teams can start by either sitting down / kneeling down or on opposite back walls
  • Play begins when the Zoom referee blows the whistle
  • Players must never throw the ball from outside the court
  • Players are allowed to take a ball from the centre dividing trampoline
  • To win, your team must “out” every member of the opposing team
  • You are out if:
    • You are hit by a live ball
    • You throw a live ball that is caught by an opposing player
    • You drop the ball
    • You cross into the centre divide
    • You throw a head shot
  • Once you are hit, you must sit in the designated area outside the court for the remainder of the game
  • You may block / deflect a ball with another ball; however, no kicking of the ball is allowed
  • You may catch a ball in the air after it hits you or another player on your team
  • When you catch a ball from your opponent’s throw, the player from your side who has been out the longest may return to the game
  • If there is only 1 player from each team left, the game can be called a draw after 15 seconds at the referee’s discretion
  • The referee’s decision is final
  • For your safety, the referee has the right to relocate any person to a different court at any time
  • This court is reserved for those taller than 1.3m AND 12 years and older



  • Ensure your pockets are empty
  • Do not dive or land head first
  • Only front flips are allowed; no double or back flips please
  • One person per lane at a time * Wait for previous jumper to get out of the pit before jumping
  • Do not throw or damage the foam cubes
  • Do not linger in the foam pit



  • For safety reasons, those under 1.2m height are not allowed – these trampolines have stronger bounce
  • Do not attempt anything outside of your personal abilities and limitations – be aware of your skill level
  • Perform flips and tricks at your own risk – be careful, these can result in serious injury


  • Those under 1m height are not allowed on the Rock Wall
  • Those under 1.2m should remain along the lower wall
  • Climb higher only if you are capable of it and do so at your own risk
  • Remember you can always fall back into the foam pit – but do not land head first
  • Plan your climbing route prior to getting on the Rock Wall
  • No loose objects and no food or drinks allowed
  • No horseplay. Be courteous and considerate of other climbers
  • Your climbing privileges can be revoked for inappropriate behaviour


  • One person per lane at a time
  • Attempt dunks / shots at your own risk
  • Do not attempt anything outside of your skill level
  • Do not hang on the Rim
  • Land feet first – be aware of your landing position
  • Wait for previous shooter to clear the lane


  • Tumble Tracks are for experienced trampoline jumpers
  • Perform flips and tricks at your own risk – be careful, these can result in serious injury
  • Jumpers can touch the punching bags as you jump – but be aware of your skills and limitations. Do not attempt anything outside of your personal abilities
  • Be aware of your fellow jumpers – do not cross lanes into another jumper’s path


Our staff performs regular inspections of all components of our trampolines to ensure that everything is always in proper working order.
