Rules and safety regulations:
IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT?
As long as you can walk, you can jump. However, in the interest of safe fun for all, for children aged 5 and under, we recommend using the Dodgeball court (not the Extreme Dodgeball court) during our Zoom Kids sessions (Wed and Thur morning) where the Dodgeball court is reserved exclusively for our little ones to have fun with mum or dad without the distraction of “older kids”. There is no minimum age for Zoom Kids sessions so long as the kids can walk on their own!
Otherwise, the minimum age to participate in a general admission session is 2 years though there are certain areas in the park which have age and height restrictions for your safety. Children under between age 2-3 are welcome to watch but need to be accompanied by an adult at all times. This means that both the child and adult jump tickets must be purchased.
During the day, based on crowd levels, we will restrict certain areas by age groups, for example, kids 6 and under, kids 7-11, 12 and older and even 15 and older, so that jumpers can play safely with other jumpers of their own age.
For kids 4 and under, we require a parent to be on the trampolines with their kids at all times for their safety. Parents would need jump tickets to accompany the child, except on Zoom Kids session (Wednesday and Thursday from 10-12pm). For kids 4-11, we require a parent or responsible guardian to be on the premises at all times, at the platform area, and preferably watching their kids.
I HAVE NEVER JUMPED ON A TRAMPOLINE BEFORE, CAN I STILL COME?
Our trampoline park caters to beginner, intermediate or advanced level jumpers. Our court monitors will ensure that you are safely enjoying yourself at our trampoline park. If you are still uneasy with your jumping skills, we have beginner classes for our participants who would like to learn the basics of trampolining. Our safety video would also explain on the basic trampolining skills.
DO I NEED TO MAKE RESERVATIONS?
Reservation is highly recommended but it is not necessary. We accept walk ins as well but we cannot guarantee a spot as we can only cater a certain number of people in the park in order to ensure the safety of our jumpers.
CAN I CANCEL MY TICKETS? WOULD I GET A REFUND?
Sorry, tickets are non-refundable and there is no re-scheduling of tickets. This is to be fair for our jumpers who have booked their slots in advance.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A NORMAL RESERVATION AND A PARTY RESERVATION?
A normal reservation is when you book a slot for yourself or a group to jump in the park, whereas a party reservation is when you book a party room for a party or events. Please check out the packages under Events.
WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR MY ZOOM PARK SESSION?
Tickets are valid beginning every half hour. That is when we welcome new jumpers onto the trampoline area and bid farewell to those who have finished their sessions with us. We recommend arriving about 15 minutes prior to your session. This will allow you time to fill out your waivers (if not already done so), buy your tickets and collect your wristbands, store your belongings and watch the safety video (about 3-4 minutes long) prior to starting your session. This ensures you get the most out of your session time!
DO I NEED TO SIGN A WAIVER BEFORE I CAN JUMP?
Yes. Every jumper needs to have a signed liability waiver on file at Zoom Park prior to being allowed on the trampoline area. If you are under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian above the age of 21 must fill out the waiver for you, but does not have to be present when you visit the park. Waivers can be filled up online prior to your visit and are recommended. Waivers can be filled out at any time and will remain valid for that calendar year. So fill out your waiver and let us keep it on file so that you can come anytime and save time at check-in. If you do forget to fill out your waiver prior to your visit, you can also fill them out at our waiver station. Please fill it out BEFORE you line up to buy your tickets as we can only sell you a ticket if your waiver is on file!
IF I COMPLETED A WAIVER ONCE, DO I NEED TO SIGN ONE AGAIN?
Once completed, a waiver is valid for one full year from the day it was signed.
ARE THERE ANY RULES AND SAFETY REQUIREMENTS?
Ensuring the safety of everyone in our park is our number one priority at Zoom Park! While we have tried to create a safe jumping environment, trampolining and rock climbing are still physical activities which inherently carry the risk of injury. There are elements which can also be considered an extreme sport! Please familiarize yourself with the safety rules on our website under “Zoom Safe” and which are also posted prominently at our park. This list is not all inclusive and is subject to change without notice.
CAN I JUMP WITH AN INJURY?
Trampolining is a physical workout that requires your body to be in a healthy condition before you jump. Hence, we recommend that you don’t jump with any prior known injuries when entering Zoom Park. Arm, leg, or any body casts, or stitches of any kinds are forbidden on the trampolines. If you have any concerns about your health, please consult your physician before beginning any new activities including trampolining.
DO I NEED TO BRING SPECIAL FOOTWEAR?
The answer is NO. Here at ZOOM, we have special socks that give extra grip while you jump. This is to ensure that you are safe and have the best experience at ZOOM. Do note that all jumpers must wear their Zoom grip socks to limit slipping on the trampolines. You can buy these for $2 and they are yours to keep. You can reuse them at future visits as long as they are clean and the grips are in good condition.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Dress in cool, comfortable clothes as you will likely get warm. Don’t wear any kind of clothing with snaps, buckles, bling and other hardware such as jeans on the trampolines as these things can tear the trampolines. Before getting on the trampolines, please empty your pockets and remove any dangly jewelry or accessories. We provide changing rooms on site for your convenience. We also have paid lockers and free open cubby holes for you to store your belongings.
CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD INSIDE?
In the interest of health and safety, no external food or drink is allowed inside Zoom Park premises. Water bottles are one exception to this rule. We can make an exception for you to bring in birthday cakes for any mini celebration at our park. If you would like to bring in external food, please note that there will be a $30 surcharge.
If you have booked a party with Zoom Park and have reserved a party room, you can also bring a birthday cake or cupcakes or large cookie (anything with candles on it). Otherwise all food needs to be catered through Zoom Park and ordered at the time of booking the party.
The last exception is that if your team has booked the whole facility for a private event, you have the choice to cater your own food or have us cater it for you.
IS THERE ANYWHERE TO SIT AND WATCH?
We have areas for sitting and watching your kids or just observing others having fun. One is on the platform area which joins all the different trampoline areas. We have benches scattered throughout for your convenience so go ahead, sit back and enjoy the dodgeball game! The other area is the space between the air bag and the party rooms in the front. We have tables and chairs there for you to sit down, relax and enjoy your food and drinks. We also provide free wi-fi and plenty of power socket points for the workaholics amongst us.
CAN I COME IN TO WATCH MY CHILDREN?
Yes, you are more than welcome to come watch your children have fun. We don’t charge for observing so come and see what you are missing out on! If you are observing, please note that you will be allowed onto the platform area but not on the trampolines itself. Only those with a valid wristband (ticket) and Zoom grip socks will be allowed onto the trampolines.
